Welcome to Amvats Engineering & Technology ("Amvats", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (amvatstechnology.com), requesting a project quotation, commissioning software development, or utilizing our IT consulting services, you ("Client", "User", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, corporation, or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Every custom development engagement (such as a business website, custom CRM system, mobile application, or web application) is guided by a formal written Proposal or Scope of Work (SOW). The SOW outlines:

• Specific technical deliverables, modules, feature lists, and mockups.
• Agreed tech stack (e.g. PHP, Laravel, React, Node.js, Flutter, MySQL).
• Project milestones, testing phases, and estimated completion timelines.
• Fixed project cost or hourly/retainer fee structure.

We believe in fair, transparent pricing without hidden charges:

Final production deployment, administrative transfer, and final source code handover are completed upon receipt of the final milestone balance.

100% Client Ownership: Upon full and final settlement of all project invoices, the client owns all custom source code, databases, graphical assets, and unique business logic developed specifically for their project.

Third-Party & Open-Source Tools: Standard open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools (such as Laravel, React, Tailwind CSS, or WordPress) remain governed by their respective public licenses (e.g. MIT, BSD, GNU).

Portfolio Attribution: Unless otherwise agreed in a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Amvats retains the right to display project screenshots and describe high-level technical scope in our online portfolio as proof of work.

Both parties agree to treat all business information, customer lists, CRM records, database credentials, API keys, and trade secrets with the strictest confidentiality.

Amvats will never sell, rent, or disclose client confidential information or databases to third parties without prior written authorization.

We stand behind our code. Every custom website or CRM delivery includes a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty period. During this window, Amvats will promptly investigate and rectify any software bugs, broken links, or deviations from the agreed specifications at no additional cost.

The warranty excludes issues arising from unauthorized modifications made by third parties, external server downtime, or third-party API changes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amvats Engineering & Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption resulting from third-party hosting outages, cyberattacks, or internet disruptions.

Our total aggregate liability under any project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Amvats under the applicable project contract.
