Amvats Engineering & Technology provides custom web development, bespoke CRM software, web applications, and ongoing technical support. Unlike pre-packaged physical retail goods, our services involve dedicated software engineering hours, customized architecture, and intellectual capital tailored specifically to your business goals.
Consequently, our return and refund policy is structured around clear project milestones and transparent client acceptance stages.
Milestone-Based Project Structure
To ensure total alignment and risk-free collaboration, custom development projects are partitioned into sequential milestone stages:
Wireframes, UI layouts, database design, and technical specification review.
Frontend screens, CRM dashboard, business logic, and database integrations.
Cross-device verification, staging preview, and client testing on real workflows.
Domain setup, server migration, code repository transfer, and admin access.
Each milestone requires formal client review and approval before our developers proceed to the subsequent phase.
Project Initiation & Cancellation Policy
cancel Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you notify us in writing to cancel a project before any design, development, or architecture work has started, you will receive a 100% full refund of your advance deposit, minus any nominal bank/payment gateway processing charges.
pending_actions Cancellation During Active Development
If a project is discontinued mid-development by mutual agreement, you are only liable for the milestones and deliverables that were completed and accepted up to the date of formal cancellation notice. Any unearned advance balance held for future, uncommenced milestones will be promptly refunded.
Completed Milestones & 30-Day Warranty
Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed, approved, and accepted by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable. Similarly, once final deployment and source code handover are completed, final project fees are non-refundable.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, every delivered project includes a complimentary 30-day bug-fix warranty. If any issue, broken functionality, or code defect is identified during this period, our engineering team will resolve it quickly and free of charge.
Monthly Maintenance & Retainers
For ongoing monthly website maintenance, server monitoring, and IT retainer packages:
- Retainers are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in.
- You may cancel monthly services at any time by providing 15 days written notice prior to your next billing renewal date.
- Monthly retainer fees already billed and serviced are non-refundable.
